“Dear David, Thank you for sharing your insights into the clinical components of the program. I am grateful to have had a window of time to ask you specific questions about the clinical roles, the differentiation of tasks between levels of service providers and the handouts you provided. We are now [selecting] those areas in which we are currently prepared to initiate and organizing the areas for which we will have a stepwise progression for growth.”

“David worked with us in the development of an IOP program. This program had three levels with quite a bit of depth. David wrote the entire program to fit in the vision we had asked for. He was able to adapt frequently to our suggestions, requests, and vision. David was very thorough in his approach. He explained what he would do, completed the project on time, and then appropriately followed up with us for additional support. Through all of this he was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. David pulled off a magic trick: he put his vast knowledge of substance use treatment into consumable treatment manuals while doing so within the confines of a company. Fantastic job.”

“David, I’m writing this to you because I have a hard time accepting help. I can not express to you how much I appreciate what you did for me. Not only for me, but for my family as well. I know they don’t have to worry [anymore]. I want to say ‘thank you’ for everything you have done. [This] fight is over. I’m sure we can both agree to that. But it is because of you that I believe in myself to win the next round. I have learned so many things about myself from you. I can never express the gratitude. No matter where I go from here, I will take with me everything you taught me about myself. A person never forgets the people who truly cared for them. This entire time, I have definitely felt that from you. Thank you for everything.”

“I will just have to say thank you…but just know that thank you is not enough…You have been such an inspiration to me. I’m also glad I gave in and asked for help. I was so beat down and exhausted from the masks and my well manicured wall…you saw right through that and spoke to my soul. Continue to bless others with your gift and you will be blessed for being unselfish. Keep me on speed dial.”
