The Kinged Community

The Kinged Community’s purpose is to provide a space for current or former Kinged, LLC clients to connect, pool resources, seek advice, provide assistance, organize, and share value with each other. Ultimately, each member aids others in achieving maximum impact in their respective field of business or personal life. In this community, the focus is not about what you get, but what you give. To join, clients may request access by completing the form on this page. Kinged Support will then email an invitation to the email address the accepted client provided. Clients will use this invite to join the group, which requires them to first review and accept the group rules and guidelines.

The Kinged Community is moderated. Violation of group rules could result in permanent revocation of membership. Please note that, to join, clients must have an active Facebook account. Because this group consists of a like-minded community highly focused on achieving their personal potential as well as positively affecting their sphere of influence, all posts require approval by an admin or moderator in order to ensure only the highest content quality is delivered to members. We believe that everyone has a voice and the capability to share inspiring guidance and meaningful assistance, in whatever area of life or business from which their creative resourcefulness flows. The Kinged Community is your place to let these strengths shine while being energized by the light of others.

GROUP RULES

1. For admission to and/or continuing membership within The Kinged Community, you are required to:

A. Answer all 3 group questions satisfactorily (providing thorough and relevant responses).

B. Be a previous or current client of at least one Kinged, LLC service, verified by having a completed Contract on file with our company.

C. Provide consent and adhere to all community rules and guidelines.

2. Kinged, LLC protects all services provided and all associated interactions included within the scope of a service Contract as confidential and proprietary. While general questions or comments about Kinged, LLC services are permitted, disclosing specific details regarding services is strictly prohibited in order to maintain the confidentiality set forth in each service’s Contract. Be aware that breaches of Kinged, LLC or other member’s confidential/proprietary information may result in litigation for damages that is beyond the control of Kinged, LLC. Moreover, disclosing content shared by Kinged, LLC representatives or any member of The Kinged Community within the scope of its closed Facebook group with 3rd parties will be considered a breach of confidentiality and addressed accordingly.

3. Members are allowed to share and promote the business, products, or services they provide so long as they are relevant to The Kinged Community and a disclaimer of their affiliation with any topic promoted is explicitly stated within posts regarding it. However, using the group exclusively for advertising/marketing will result in your removal from it. “Spamming” the group is strictly prohibited. Any links shared must have an accompanying explanation of the link’s contents and its relevance/value to the group.

4. This group’s official language is English. All Kinged Community posts must adhere to this English-only standard.

5. New topics must be started in their own thread and not as a comment or “piggy-backed” on another member’s thread. Likewise, off topics (items unrelated to the group’s purpose) and “rants” will not be permitted.

6. Perform due diligence before requesting community aid. Questions that can clearly be answered by doing basic research or using your browser to search the internet for common information are not appropriate for this group. The Kinged Community is a resource for detailed and skilled responses. As such, it should not be your starting point when attempting a new venture but rather a gallery of expert advisors in the finer points of clarification. Along these lines, DO NOT request that members of the Kinged Community perform voluntary or extensive “free work” for you. The laborer is worthy of their hire so please use the community as intended and not as a substitute for retaining the paid service that you need.

7. Do not expect or attempt to have services provided by Kinged, LLC to occur within the context of the community. If interested in one-on-one or B2B assistance with Consultation, Program Development, Accelerated NeuroConversion, Counseling, Coaching, Copywriting, Public Speaking & Training, or any other professional service associated with Kinged, LLC, please complete the Application for that service on the company website instead. If your needs fall below the full scope of a Kinged, LLC service Contract but are significant enough that you would like to pay for assistance then, instead of posting them to the community, please send your requests to Support@DKKinged.com to discuss options. This also applies to any products or services provided by the respective members of the community within the scope of their business. Contact in that instance necessitates that you engage their company directly and according to the terms set forth in their business’ standard operations. Attempts to circumvent appropriate business conduct will result in your removal from the community.

8. Practice professionalism at all times. Although much of this is common sense, in the interest of being perfectly clear, please note that the following are prohibited: harassment in any form, insulting members or businesses/services with which members are affiliated, bullying, blatant disrespect, profanity/unprofessional language, combative/argumentative/quarrelsome disposition rather than respectful divergence of opinion, non-constructive negativity, hate speech, texts, or images displaying lewd/indecent behavior, sexual/nudity, or violence, and deliberately engaging in divisive debate, such as pushing political or controversial beliefs. For example, sharing your faith and spiritual beliefs is permitted, however, proselyting (attempting to convert someone to your religious beliefs) or debating, criticizing, or demeaning another member’s beliefs is prohibited. While these guidelines are intuitive, sadly, they must be enumerated. Therefore, know that the listing here is not exhaustive but rather a series of examples. To simplify this rule, just remember the old expression, “If you’re unsure and have to ask, the answer is probably no–you shouldn’t do it.”

9. Any information posted that is illegal, upon discovery, will not only be blocked and result in loss of membership but will also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Admins or moderators may not be blocked by community members. The Kinged Community is not the place to vent frustrations or issues with Kinged, LLC services or the products/services of members within the community. To resolve these types of issues, please direct your concerns to Support@DKKinged.com or use the appropriate channels designated by the businesses/agencies represented by members within the community. Using the group as a platform to attack or deride members and/or their respective affiliates will result in loss of group privileges and removal from this professional community.

11. Don’t over-post to attract undue attention to yourself (more than 3 per day borders on excessive) nor over-report issues or suspected rule violations of a trivial matter. Admin is very busy, so please respect their time. Robotic or “auto-posts” are also prohibited.

12. Please allow 24-48 hours for content to be approved and posted to the group forum before inquiring about its status with admin. If your post doesn’t appear after that time-frame, it likely either violated the community’s rules or did not meet quality standards/was deemed non-relevant to the group’s purpose…or we’re just really busy. Be patient.

We all hate it when these kinds of rule violations occur. Fortunately, they’re easily remedied. If something manages to get through screening, simply report the offending member along with a screenshot of the misconduct to Support@DKKinged.com. Or, click on “report to admin” in the upper right-hand corner of the post. This also applies to members who DM/PM other members seeking to spam them, add them to mailing lists, or otherwise solicit. Any member subject to such behavior may report it to admin along with a screen-shot as evidence to have the offending member manhandled accordingly.

CONSEQUENCES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS

First, it is important to note that unintentional violation of community rules does not excuse a member for the violation. It is each member’s individual responsibility to know and comply with the community standards. Secondly, neither admin nor moderators are under any obligation to provide warnings prior to actions being taken nor explanation of those actions after the fact. If you violate group protocols, at admin’s discretion, any one (or multiple) of the following may occur:

1. Nothing. If the infraction was minor, you may be given grace along with an encouragement to step up your professionalism within the community.

2. A formal warning. Consider this a “cease and desist” order prior to more permanent action being taken.

3. Deletion of all your posts/comments.

4. Placement into “muted” status for some time (this is essentially a temporary suspension).

5. Termination from The Kinged Community indefinitely.

Should you disagree with any of these actions, you may appeal by contacting Support@DKKinged.com with a written explanation of your objection and rationale for reversal of administrative action. All final decisions arising from an appeal are at admin’s discretion and are permanent unless otherwise specified.
